Joseph D. McNamara

Joseph McNamara is a Philadelphia area native with over 20 years of litigation support experience. His legal industry journey began in the mid 1980’s as a production manager for the Boston, Massachusetts based, Legal Copy Specialists®. He quickly moved from assistant production manager to the vice president of sales and marketing which proved to be an invaluable experience into the many facets of the litigation support industry.   

In 1993, Mr. McNamara joined the sales team of a prominent copy service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where much of his time was spent introducing clients to the current and more effective methods of managing data using the latest softwares and discovery strategies. His interest in the technological advances inspired him to study alternative solutions to the standard methods of document management.

In the spring of 2001, Mr. McNamara set out to form a partnership and create a litigation support service that would one day become the benchmark of the legal service industry. Through the hard work and vision of its founding partners, Copy Secure was formed. Each year the partners of Copy Secure travel the country attending tradeshows and seminars to be certain they are providing their clients with the very best possible solutions.

Having been in the middle of the technological renaissance for over two decades, Mr. McNamara is proud of the company he has helped to build and looks forward to many more years of helping clients operate as efficiently as possible.

Thomas J. Pellegrino

Tom Pellegrino is a partner and co-founder of Copy Secure, Inc. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He has over 16 years of operations, sales and management experience.

Tom's inspiration began back in 1990 when he joined the nationally recognized law firm of Wolf Block while attending college to obtain a paralegal degree. There he ran the facilities management department which allowed him the opportunity to get involved with large document productions. It was then that he realized that technology was changing and the document/paper world was slowly converting to digital.

In 1991 Tom was offered a position at one of the leading litigation support vendors in Philadelphia where he was quickly promoted from production to management. He continued for 11 years taking on several roles such as customer service, production management, and sales. Tom ended his career with the firm as one of the top Account Executives.

Today, Tom's vision and hands on approach has helped to create a full service, solutions-oriented facility. He realized that for a firm to have a competitive advantage, the effective use of technology is required. Therefore, Tom's focus has always been to offer the best technical solutions while providing service that continues to exceed customer expectations.
